單看中文--「我想是吧.」, 絕大多數的人大概都會說, \"I think so.\" 或是 \"I guess so.\" 說百分之百沒錯, 而且的確老美很喜歡用的講法. 不過這次我又學到另一句以前我從沒用過的, \"Sounds like it.\" 舉個在電影里面的例子, 當男主角次見到女主角時就已心生愛慕, (標準的電影公式, 唉~) 他就用詢問的語氣說, \"So I\'ll see you again?\" 那女主角怎么回答的呢? \"Sounds like it.\" (我想是吧.)

講到 hand over 片語, 讓我想到每次班上同學大家輪流起來報告時, 假設 John 是個報告, Peter 是個報告, 當 John 報告完之后, 他就會說, \"Now, I\'ll hand over to Peter.\" hand over 交棒給下人的意思, 這在日常生活中 hand over 最常見的用法.
