To me, being an expert means being successful, and achieving success requires lots of hard work, time, and practice. This is true regardless of what you pursue, from running to drawing, acting to skating, teaching to dancing. Yet expertise and success don't come from skill alone. 本題是由as well as構成的并列結構，其前面是形容詞healthy，因此，其后也應該是一個形容詞。答案中只有E選項是形容詞（digestible）。as well as的功能和and一樣，是and的強調形式，側重于強調其后的成分。但要注意，對于both A and B結構，只能用and，如果改成both A as well as B就是錯誤的。可以說She is pretty as well as intelligent，但不能說She is both pretty as well as intelligent。

E為不完整句子，主語an extraction沒有謂語動詞。注意，V-ing不能單獨作謂語，前面必須要有助動詞be或have been等。
