【關(guān)鍵詞】中學(xué)英語;詞匯教學(xué);思考嘗試
詞匯教學(xué)不僅僅要讓學(xué)生掌握語音、語義及其在文中的用法,還要讓學(xué)生知道其正確的搭配關(guān)系和形式以及詞的語法特征,更要讓學(xué)生掌握詞的各種規(guī)則,如構(gòu)詞規(guī)則、使用規(guī)則,甚至要讓學(xué)生掌握在詞背后的文化內(nèi)涵,以期達(dá)到讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯、使用詞匯并會(huì)據(jù)此自我學(xué)習(xí)、自我擴(kuò)充詞匯的目的。因此在英語教學(xué)過程中如何有效地進(jìn)行詞匯教學(xué),從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思維能力,使學(xué)生主動(dòng)、自覺地記單詞,是我們每個(gè)教師應(yīng)該不斷認(rèn)真思考的一個(gè)問題。根據(jù)我多年的英語教學(xué)實(shí)踐,結(jié)合實(shí)際教學(xué)中出現(xiàn)的問題,我想談?wù)剬?duì)英語教學(xué)中詞匯教學(xué)的一些思考和嘗試。

詞匯教學(xué)的重要性
詞匯是語言的基礎(chǔ),詞匯量的大小直接影響英語聽、說、讀、寫能力的發(fā)展,學(xué)生只有具備了足夠的詞匯量,才能讀懂和聽懂,并為說和寫奠定基礎(chǔ)。有研究表明:高水平的英語寫作者都掌握大量的英語詞匯。用英語表達(dá)時(shí),詞匯水平對(duì)英語寫作有直接影響。還有研究表明:學(xué)生掌握詞匯量的多少與閱讀速度成正比。詞匯量越大,閱讀中讀到的生詞越少,閱讀速度就越快,理解程度就高,反之亦然。據(jù)了解,目前中學(xué)英語教學(xué)中,詞匯教學(xué)仍然是個(gè)薄弱環(huán)節(jié),這種狀況與詞匯教學(xué)在整個(gè)英語教學(xué)中的重要性形成了強(qiáng)烈的反差。
但是要記住,即使使用敘述形式的寫作方式,開頭段落還是應(yīng)該包括中心觀點(diǎn)和說明性的句子。
